1. Our products
We sell Ayurvedic proprietary medicines for sale in India. They are to be used under medical supervision only. Information on this website is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your doctor. Product images are for illustration. The pack label is the final word on composition and dosage.
2. Orders and prices
All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock or a pricing error. If we cancel after you have paid, the money is returned as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Payment
We accept online payment only. Payments are processed through a secure online payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Orders placed on this website are shipped by courier to addresses across India, free of shipping charges. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. For delivery outside India, please contact us first.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
An order can be cancelled before it is dispatched, and the money is returned. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Your account
Please keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate details when you register or order.
7. Use of the website
Please do not misuse the site, copy its content for commercial use, try to break its security, or post unlawful material.

The text, images, logos and the Chaukhambha name on this site belong to Chaukhambha Healthcare or its licensors. You may view and print the content for personal use only.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
