Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders placed on this website. We deliver across India. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. If you are outside India, please write to health@chaukhambha.com or use the Contact page and we will tell you what is possible.
Payment
We accept online payment only.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order any time before it is handed to the courier. Write to health@chaukhambha.com or call +91 63924 21924 with your order number. We return the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
After dispatch
Once the courier has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded. These are Ayurvedic medicines for consumption, so please check the product, pack size and delivery address before you pay.
If we cancel your order
If a product is out of stock, we may cancel the order and let you know. Any online payment is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Payment problems
If money was deducted but no order was created, please contact us with the payment details. We refund it to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number, and we will look into it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
